1 Gweddi'r gostyngedig, pan yw'n wan ac yn bwrw ei gu373?yn o flaen yr ARGLWYDD.0 ARGLWYDD, clyw fy ngweddi, a doed fy nghri atat.
2
Paid chuddio dy wyneb oddi wrthyf yn nydd fy nghyfyngder; tro dy glust ataf, brysia i'm hateb yn y dydd y galwaf.
3
Oherwydd y mae fy nyddiau'n darfod fel mwg, a'm hesgyrn yn llosgi fel ffwrn.
4
Yr wyf wedi fy nharo, ac yn gwywo fel glaswellt; yr wyf yn darfod o beidio bwyta.
5
Oherwydd su373?n fy ochneidio y mae fy esgyrn yn glynu wrth fy nghnawd.
6
Yr wyf fel pelican mewn anialwch, ac fel tylluan mewn adfeilion.
7
Yr wyf yn methu cysgu, ac fel aderyn unig ar do.
8
Y mae fy ngelynion yn fy ngwawdio trwy'r amser, a'm gwatwarwyr yn defnyddio fy enw fel melltith.
9
Yr wyf yn bwyta lludw fel bara, ac yn cymysgu fy niod dagrau,
10
o achos dy lid a'th ddigofaint, oherwydd cydiaist ynof a'm bwrw o'r neilltu.
11
Y mae fy mywyd fel cysgod hwyrddydd; yr wyf yn gwywo fel glaswelltyn.
12
Ond yr wyt ti, ARGLWYDD, wedi dy orseddu am byth, a phery dy enw dros y cenedlaethau.
13
Byddi'n codi ac yn trugarhau wrth Seion; y mae'n adeg i dosturio wrthi, oherwydd fe ddaeth yr amser.
14
Y mae dy weision yn hoffi ei meini, ac yn tosturio wrth ei llwch.
15
Bydd y cenhedloedd yn ofni enw'r ARGLWYDD, a holl frenhinoedd y ddaear dy ogoniant.
16
Oherwydd bydd yr ARGLWYDD yn adeiladu Seion, bydd yn ymddangos yn ei ogoniant;
17
bydd yn gwrando ar weddi'r gorthrymedig, ac ni fydd yn diystyru eu herfyniad.
18
Bydded hyn yn ysgrifenedig i'r genhedlaeth i ddod, fel bod pobl sydd eto heb eu geni yn moli'r ARGLWYDD:
19
ddarfod iddo edrych i lawr o'i uchelder sanctaidd, i'r ARGLWYDD edrych o'r nefoedd ar y ddaear,
20
i wrando ocheneidiau carcharorion a rhyddhau'r rhai oedd i farw,
21
fel bod cyhoeddi enw'r ARGLWYDD yn Seion, a'i foliant yn Jerwsalem,
22
pan fo pobloedd a theyrnasoedd yn ymgynnull ynghyd i addoli'r ARGLWYDD.
23
Y mae wedi sigo fy nerth ar y daith, ac wedi byrhau fy nyddiau.
24
Dywedaf, "O fy Nuw, paid 'm cymryd yng nghanol fy nyddiau, oherwydd y mae dy flynyddoedd di dros yr holl genedlaethau.
25
"Gynt fe osodaist sylfeini'r ddaear, a gwaith dy ddwylo yw'r nefoedd.
26
Y maent hwy yn darfod, ond yr wyt ti yn aros; y maent i gyd yn treulio fel dilledyn. Yr wyt yn eu newid fel gwisg, ac y maent yn diflannu;
27
ond yr wyt ti yr un, a'th flynyddoedd heb ddiwedd.
28
Bydd plant dy weision yn byw'n ddiogel, a'u disgynyddion yn sicr o'th flaen."
