1 I'r Cyfarwyddwr: ar Golomen y Derw Pell. Michtam. I Ddafydd, pan ddaliodd y Philistiaid ef yn Gath.0 Bydd drugarog wrthyf, O Dduw, oherwydd y mae pobl yn gwasgu arnaf, ac ymosodwyr yn fy ngorthrymu drwy'r dydd;

y mae fy ngelynion yn gwasgu arnaf drwy'r dydd, a llawer yw'r rhai sy'n ymladd yn f'erbyn.
3
Cod fi i fyny yn nydd fy ofn; yr wyf yn ymddiried ynot ti.
4
Yn Nuw, yr un y molaf ei air, yn Nuw yr wyf yn ymddiried heb ofni; beth a all pobl ei wneud imi?
5
Trwy'r dydd y maent yn ystumio fy ngeiriau, ac y mae eu holl fwriadau i'm drygu.
6
Ymgasglant at ei gilydd a llechu, ac y maent yn gwylio fy nghamre.
7
Fel y disgwyliant am fy mywyd, tl iddynt am eu trosedd; yn dy ddig, O Dduw, darostwng bobloedd.
8
Yr wyt ti wedi cofnodi fy ocheneidiau, ac wedi costrelu fy nagrau onid ydynt yn dy lyfr?
9
Yna troir fy ngelynion yn eu hl yn y dydd y galwaf arnat. Hyn a wn: fod Duw o'm tu.
10
Yn Nuw, yr un y molaf ei air, yn yr ARGLWYDD, y molaf ei air,
11
yn Nuw yr wyf yn ymddiried heb ofni; beth a all pobl ei wneud imi?
12
Gwneuthum addunedau i ti, O Dduw; fe'u talaf i ti ag offrymau diolch.
13
Oherwydd gwaredaist fy mywyd rhag angau, a'm camau, yn wir, rhag llithro, er mwyn imi rodio gerbron Duw yng ngoleuni'r bywyd.
