1 Salm. I Ddafydd.0 ARGLWYDD, clyw fy ngweddi, gwrando ar fy neisyfiad. Ateb fi yn dy ffyddlondeb yn dy gyfiawnder.

Paid mynd i farn 'th was, oherwydd nid oes neb byw yn gyfiawn o'th flaen di.
3
Y mae'r gelyn wedi fy ymlid, ac wedi sathru fy mywyd i'r llawr; gwnaeth imi eistedd mewn tywyllwch, fel rhai wedi hen farw.
4
Y mae fy ysbryd yn pallu ynof, a'm calon wedi ei dal gan arswyd.
5
Yr wyf yn cofio am y dyddiau gynt, yn myfyrio ar y cyfan a wnaethost, ac yn meddwl am waith dy ddwylo.
6
Yr wyf yn estyn fy nwylo atat ti, ac yn sychedu amdanat fel tir sych. Sela.
7
Brysia i'm hateb, O ARGLWYDD, y mae fy ysbryd yn pallu; paid chuddio dy wyneb oddi wrthyf, neu byddaf fel y rhai sy'n disgyn i'r pwll.
8
Pr imi glywed yn y bore am dy gariad, oherwydd yr wyf wedi ymddiried ynot ti; gwna imi wybod pa ffordd i'w cherdded, oherwydd yr wyf wedi dyrchafu fy enaid atat ti.
9
O ARGLWYDD, gwareda fi oddi wrth fy ngelynion, oherwydd atat ti yr wyf wedi ffoi am gysgod.
10
Dysg imi wneud dy ewyllys, oherwydd ti yw fy Nuw; bydded i'th ysbryd daionus fy arwain ar hyd tir gwastad.
11
Er mwyn dy enw, O ARGLWYDD, cadw fy einioes; yn dy gyfiawnder dwg fi o'm cyfyngder,
12
ac yn dy gariad difetha fy ngelynion; dinistria'r holl rai sydd yn fy ngorthrymu, oherwydd dy was wyf fi.
