1 I'r Cyfarwyddwr: i Ddafydd. Salm.0 ARGLWYDD, yr wyt wedi fy chwilio a'm hadnabod.
2
Gwyddost ti pa bryd y byddaf yn eistedd ac yn codi; yr wyt wedi deall fy meddwl o bell;
3
yr wyt wedi mesur fy ngherdded a'm gorffwys, ac yr wyt yn gyfarwydd 'm holl ffyrdd.
4
Oherwydd nid oes air ar fy nhafod heb i ti, ARGLWYDD, ei wybod i gyd.
5
Yr wyt wedi cau amdanaf yn l ac ymlaen, ac wedi gosod dy law drosof.
6
Y mae'r wybodaeth hon yn rhy ryfedd i mi; y mae'n rhy uchel i mi ei chyrraedd.
7
I ble yr af oddi wrth dy ysbryd? I ble y ffoaf o'th bresenoldeb?
8
Os dringaf i'r nefoedd, yr wyt yno; os cyweiriaf wely yn Sheol, yr wyt yno hefyd.
9
Os cymeraf adenydd y wawr a thrigo ym mhellafoedd y mr,
10
yno hefyd fe fydd dy law yn fy arwain, a'th ddeheulaw yn fy nghynnal.
11
Os dywedaf, "Yn sicr bydd y tywyllwch yn fy nghuddio, a'r nos yn cau amdanaf",
12
eto nid yw tywyllwch yn dywyllwch i ti; y mae'r nos yn goleuo fel dydd, a'r un yw tywyllwch a goleuni.
13
Ti a greodd fy ymysgaroedd, a'm llunio yng nghroth fy mam.
14
Clodforaf di, oherwydd yr wyt yn ofnadwy a rhyfeddol, ac y mae dy weithredoedd yn rhyfeddol. Yr wyt yn fy adnabod mor dda;
15
ni chuddiwyd fy ngwneuthuriad oddi wrthyt pan oeddwn yn cael fy ngwneud yn y dirgel, ac yn cael fy llunio yn nyfnderoedd y ddaear.
16
Gwelodd dy lygaid fy nefnydd di-lun; y mae'r cyfan wedi ei ysgrifennu yn dy lyfr; cafodd fy nyddiau eu ffurfio pan nad oedd yr un ohonynt.
17
Mor ddwfn i mi yw dy feddyliau, O Dduw, ac mor lluosog eu nifer!
18
Os cyfrifaf hwy, y maent yn amlach na'r tywod, a phe gorffennwn hynny, byddit ti'n parhau gyda mi.
19
Fy Nuw, O na fyddit ti'n lladd y drygionus, fel y byddai rhai gwaedlyd yn troi oddi wrthyf
20
y rhai sy'n dy herio di yn ddichellgar, ac yn gwrthryfela'n ofer yn dy erbyn.
21
Onid wyf yn casu, O ARGLWYDD, y rhai sy'n dy gasu di, ac yn ffieiddio'r rhai sy'n codi yn dy erbyn?
22
Yr wyf yn eu casu chas perffaith, ac y maent fel gelynion i mi.
23
Chwilia fi, O Dduw, iti adnabod fy nghalon; profa fi, iti ddeall fy meddyliau.
24
Edrych a wyf ar ffordd a fydd yn loes i mi, ac arwain fi yn y ffordd dragwyddol.
