Doed fy ngweddi hyd atat, tro dy glust at fy llef.
3
Yr wyf yn llawn helbulon, ac y mae fy mywyd yn ymyl Sheol.
4
Ystyriwyd fi gyda'r rhai sy'n disgyn i'r pwll, ac euthum fel un heb nerth,
5
fel un wedi ei adael gyda'r meirw, fel y lladdedigion sy'n gorffwys mewn bedd rhai nad wyt yn eu cofio bellach am eu bod wedi eu torri ymaith o'th afael.
6
Gosodaist fi yn y pwll isod, yn y mannau tywyll a'r dyfnderau.
7
Daeth dy ddigofaint yn drwm arnaf, a llethaist fi 'th holl donnau. Sela.
8
Gwnaethost i'm cydnabod bellhau oddi wrthyf, a'm gwneud yn ffiaidd iddynt. Yr wyf wedi fy nghaethiwo ac ni allaf ddianc;
9
y mae fy llygaid yn pylu gan gystudd. Galwaf arnat ti bob dydd, O ARGLWYDD, ac y mae fy nwylo'n ymestyn atat.
10
A wnei di ryfeddodau i'r meirw? A yw'r cysgodion yn codi i'th foliannu? Sela.
11
A fynegir dy gariad yn y bedd, a'th wirionedd yn nhir Abadon?
12
A yw dy ryfeddodau'n wybyddus yn y tywyllwch, a'th fuddugoliaethau yn nhir angof?
13
Ond yr wyf fi yn llefain arnat ti am gymorth, O ARGLWYDD, ac yn y bore daw fy ngweddi atat.
14
O ARGLWYDD, pam yr wyt yn fy ngwrthod, ac yn cuddio dy wyneb oddi wrthyf?
15
Anghenus wyf, ac ar drengi o'm hieuenctid; dioddefais dy ddychrynfeydd, ac yr wyf mewn dryswch.
16
Aeth dy ddigofaint drosof, ac y mae dy ymosodiadau yn fy nifetha.
17
Y maent yn f'amgylchu fel llif trwy'r dydd, ac yn cau'n gyfan gwbl amdanaf.
18
Gwnaethost i gr a chyfaill bellhau oddi wrthyf, a thywyllwch yw fy nghydnabod.
