Kam tu sacīji šos vārdus? Un kam pieder dvaša, kas nāk no tevis?

Mirušo gari dreb zem ūdeņiem un tie, kas tur mīt,

šeols kails stāv viņa priekšā, un nav apsega bezdibenim.

Viņš izpleš ziemeļus tukšumam pāri, pakar zemi pār neko.

Viņš sasien ūdeni padebešos, ka nesairst mākoņi zem tā.

Viņš aizklāj savu troni, aizsedz tam mākoni priekšā.
10
Viņš robežu novilcis ūdeņiem pāri, kur gaisma mijas ar tumsu.

Debesu balsti dreb un iztrūkstas, kad viņš rājas.

Ar savu spēku viņš sašķeļ jūru, ar saprātu satriec lepno.
13
No viņa elpas debess top tīra, viņa roka nodur žiglo čūsku.

Redzi, tās viņa mazākās gaitas – tikai čukstus dzirdam no viņa, kurš tad sapratīs viņa varas pērkonus!”
