Șapte femei au a se duce, Ca un bărbat ele s-apuce Și ca să îi vorbească-apoi: „Haine și pâine, avem noi. Nu trebuie să cheltuiești Cu noi, ci doar să-ngăduiești Ca al tău nume să-l purtăm Și de ocară să scăpăm!”

Plină – atunci – are să fie, De slavă și de măreție, Odrasla Domnului, căci iară Va străluci rodul în țară, Pentru cei care-s fericiți, Ai lui Israel mântuiți.

Cel ce-n Sion va fi aflat Sau în Ierusalim lăsat, Are a se numi drept „sfânt”, Printre toți cei de pe pământ.

După ce Domnul o să spele Necurățiile acele Ale fiicei Sionului, Iar al Ierusalimului Ținut ajunge curățat De sângele ce s-a vărsat – Cu duhul judecăților, Precum și-al nimicirilor –

Pe muntele Sionului, După dorința Domnului, Un nor de fum va fi lăsat – Ziua – și-apoi pe înserat, Va fi un foc strălucitor, Luminând bezna nopților. Da, peste toate, slava are Să fie-atunci, un loc în care, Un adăpost va fi aflat.

El poate fi asemănat Cu o colibă, având rost De a fi loc de adăpost, Ca un umbrar cari te ferește De arșița ce dogorește Și cari dă adăpost apoi, Când se abat furtuni și ploi.
