Min Gud, på dig förtröstar jag.Låt mig inte komma på skam,låt inte mina fiender jubla över mig.

Nej, ingen kommer på skam som hoppas på dig.På skam kommer de som utan orsak handlar svekfullt.

Herre, visa mig dina vägar,lär mig dina stigar.

Led mig i din sanning och lär mig,ty du är min frälsnings Gud.På dig hoppas jag alltid.

Tänk, Herre, på din barmhärtighet och din nåd,ty de är av evighet.

Tänk inte på min ungdoms synderoch på mina överträdelser,utan tänk på mig efter din nåd,för din godhets skull, Herre.

Herren är god och rättfärdig,därför undervisar han syndare om vägen.

Han leder de ödmjuka rätt,han lär de ödmjuka sin väg.

Alla Herrens vägar är nåd och sanningför dem som håller hans förbund och vittnesbörd.

För ditt namns skull, Herre,förlåt min missgärning, ty den är stor.

Den som fruktar Herrenfår undervisning av honom om den väg han skall välja.

Hans själ skall bo i det goda,och hans efterkommande skall ärva landet.

Herren umgås förtroligt med dem som fruktar honom,sitt förbund gör han känt för dem.

Mina ögon ser alltid upp till Herren,ty han drar mina fötter ur nätet.

Vänd dig till mig och var mig nådig,ty jag är ensam och betryckt.

Mitt hjärtas ångest är stor,för mig ut ur min nöd!

Se till mitt lidande och min möda,förlåt mig alla mina synder.

Se, hur många mina fiender har blivit,hur de hatar mig med våldsamt hat.

Bevara min själ och rädda mig,låt mig inte komma på skam,ty jag flyr till dig.

Låt oskuld och ärlighet bevara mig,ty jag hoppas på dig.

Gud, befria Israel, ur all dess nöd.
