NDITANDILE ukuba uyehova alive ilizwi lam, n ezikungo zam.

Ngokuba etobele kum indlebe yake, ngako emihleni ndiseko ngayo ndiya kubiza kuye.

Intambo zokufa zandir̔aula, nentlungu zehadesi zandihlela; ndafumana ubunzima nosizi.
4
Ndandul’ ukubiza egameni likayehova: Ke, Yehova! uze ukulule umpefumlo wam.
5
Unofefe uyehova, unobulungisa; ewe, utixo wetu unenceba.
6
Uyehova uyagcina abatambileyo: ndanditotyelwe pantsi, wandisindisa ke.
7
Buyela ekupumleni kwako, mpefumlo wam! ngokuba uyehova ekwenzele okulungileyo.
8
Ngokuba uhlangule umpefumlo wam ekufeni, n amehlo am ezinyembezini, n enyawo zam ekuweni.
9
Ndiya kuhamba ebusweni bukayehova emazweni abahleliyo.
10
Ndakolwa, kungoko ndatetayo: ndandibandezelwe kakulu.
11
Ndati ekunxameni kwam: Bonke abantu bangamaxoki.
12
Ndiya kunikela nto nina kuyehova ngenxa yazo zonke izincedo zake ngakum?
13
Ndiya kutabata indebe yosindiso, ndibize egameni likayehova.
14
Ndiya kufeza izibambiso zam kuyehova, ngapambi ke kwabo bonke abantu bake.
15
Kunqabile emehlweni kayehova ukufa kwabangcwele bake.
16
Ke, Yehova! ngenyaniso ndisisicaka sako; ndisisicaka sako, kwa unyana wesicakakazi sako: uzicumbulule izinxibo zam.
17
Ndiya kunikela umnikelo wombulelo kuwe, ndibize egameni likayehova.
18
Ndiya kufeza izibambiso zam kuyehova, ngapambi ke kwabo bonke abantu bake,
19
emakusini endlu kayehova, pakati kwako, Yerusaleme! — Dumisani uyehova!
