GCOBANI kutixo amandla etu: dandulukani ngovuyo kutixo ka‐Yakobi.

Pakamisani ngeculo, betani intambula, ikinore emnandi kunye nenebele.

Vutelani ngexilongo ekutwaseni kwenyanga; na sekuhlangananeni kwayo, ngemini yomtendeleko wetu.

Ngokuba lo ungummiso ku‐Sirayeli, isiko lotixo ka‐Yakobi.

Wawumisela kwa‐Josefe ube sisinqi̔nelo, okuya wapumela pezu kwelizwe le‐Jipete; apo ndeva inteto endingayiqondanga.

Ndasusa igxalaba lake emtwalweni; zemka izandla zake ezimbizeni.
7
Wakala ebunzimeni, ndakukulula ke; ndakupendula emfihlelweni yodudumo; ndakulinga ngasemanzini e‐Meriba. Sela.

Yivani, bantu bam! ndoninqi̔nela: Sirayeli! ukuba uya kundipulapula

akuyi kubako tixo wasemzini kuwe; kanjalo wena akuyi kutoba pambi kwotixo ongaziwayo.
10
Mna ndi nguyehova, utixo wako, obekunyusa ezweni le‐Jipete; yakamisa umlomo wako, ndowuzalisa.

Kuloko abantu bam bengevanga ilizwi lam; u‐Sirayeli akandivumanga.
12
Ndaza ndabayekelela ebulukunini bentliziyo zabo; bahamba ngawabo amacebo.
13
Akwaba abantu bam babendipulapula, wati u‐Sirayeli wahamba ngezam indlela!
14
Ngendiba nditobisile intshaba zabo kamsinyane, ndabuyisela pezu kwabayimpi kubo isandla sam.
15
Abo batiya uyehova ngebese bezenzisile kuye: kanti elabo ixesha beliya kubako kude kube ngunapakade.
16
Ebeya kubadlisa kwinqolowa etyebileyo; nangobusi buvela eweni bendiya kukukolisa.
