Doamne, aminte ia mereu Și-ascultă dar, cuvântul meu, Pentru că iată, sunt lipsit Și am ajuns nenorocit!

Păzește sufletul din mine, Căci știu că sunt iubit de Tine! Încredere, robul Tău are În Tine. Scapă-l, Doamne mare!
3
Arată-mi mila Ta mereu, Căci către Tine doar, strig eu!
4
Sufletul, mi-l înveselește, O Doamne, și mi-l întărește, Căci către Tine, ne-ncetat, Sufletul meu s-a înălțat!
5
Că Tu ești gata de iertare, Ești bun și plin de îndurare Cu toți acei care Te cheamă.
6
Pleacă-Ți urechea și ia seamă Mereu, la rugăciunea mea Și-aminte să-Ți aduci de ea, De cererile mele care Ți le-am făcut fără-ncetare!
7
Te chem dar, în necazul meu, Pentru că Tu m-asculți mereu.
8
Nu este nimeni, între cei Care se cheamă dumnezei, Asemeni Domnului Cel Sfânt. Iată că pe acest pământ, Nici o lucrare nu se-arată Că poate fi asemănată Cu ale Tale lucruri mari.
9
Popoarele cele pe cari Tu le-ai făcut, s-or aduna Și-n față-Ți se vor închina, Căci va da slavă-ntreaga lume, Neprețuitului Tău Nume.
10
Numai Tu Doamne Te vădești Nemărginit și săvârșești Mari lucruri, pentru că mereu, Doar Tu ești singur Dumnezeu.
11
Doamne, mă-nvață calea Ta, Pentru că Te voi asculta Și-n adevărul Tău mereu, Voiesc – de-acum – să umblu eu! Fă-mi inima de a se teme De al Tău Nume-n orice vreme.
12
Atuncea, Te voi lăuda Din inimă și Îi voi da Slavă Numelui Tău, să fie El, preamărit, pentru vecie!
13
Căci mare-i bunătatea care Tu mi-o areți, fără-ncetare. Tu ești al meu izbăvitor, Din locuința morților.
14
Iată că niște îngâmfați, În contra mea, sunt adunați. Asupritorii mă pândesc, Viața să-mi ia. Nu se gândesc Oameni-acești, nicicând, la Tine.
15
Însă Tu Doamne, văd prea bine, Ești milostiv și-ndurător Și îndelung ești răbdător. Bogat ești în credincioșie Și-n bunătate, pe vecie.
16
Spre mine, Doamne, să privești Și mila Ta să-mi dăruiești. Scapă-l pe fiul roabei Tale Și-i dă tărie, pe-a lui cale!
17
Doamne un semn fă pentru mine, Ca să rămână de rușine Ai mei vrăjmași, văzând că eu, De Tine-s mângâiat, mereu!
