Chuir thu ar n‑euceartan ad fhianais, ar peacaidhean diamhair ann an solas do ghnùise.
9
Oir tha ar làithean air teireachdainn ann ad fheirg; chaith sinn ar làithean mar sgeul a dh’innseadh.
10
Tha làithean ar bliadhnachan nan trì-fichead bliadhna agus a deich; agus le tuilleadh neirt ma bhios ceithir-fichead ann, is saothair agus doilgheas an spionnadh, oir gearrar as e gu grad agus siùbhlaidh sinn.

Cò don aithne neart d’fheirge, agus, a rèir d’eagail, do chorraich?
12
Teagaisg dhuinn mar seo ar làithean àireamh, a‑chum gun socraich sinn ar cridhe air gliocas.
13
Till, a Thighearna-cia fhad? — agus gabh aithreachas a‑thaobh do sheirbhiseach.
14
Sàsaich sinn gu moch led thròcair, a‑chum gun dèan sinn gàirdeachas agus aoibhneas rè ar làithean uile.

Dèan aoibhneach sinn a rèir nan làithean air an do chràidh thu sinn, nam bliadhnachan anns am faca sinn olc.
16
Faicear d’obair led sheirbhisich, agus do ghlòir len cloinn.
17
Agus biodh maise an Tighearna ar Dia oirnn, agus daingnich thusa obair ar làmh dhuinn; seadh, daingnich obair ar làmh.
