Oir rinn thu mi aoibhinn, a Thighearna, trìd d’obraichean-sa; ann an gnìomharan do làmh nì mi gàirdeachas.
5
Cia mòr do ghnìomharan-sa, a Thighearna! Ro‑dhomhain tha do smuaintean.
6
Chan eòl don amhlair, agus cha tuig an t‑amadan seo.
7
Nuair a chinneas na h‑aingidh mar fheur, agus a thig uile luchd-dèanamh na h‑euceirt fo bhlàth, bidh iad air an sgrios am feasd.
8
Ach tha thusa ro‑àrd gu sìorraidh, a Thighearna;
9
Oir feuch do naimhdean, a Thighearna, oir feuch do naimhdean, sgriosar iad; sgapar uile luchd-dèanamh na h‑euceirt.
10
Ach mar adharc buabhaill àrdaichidh tu m’adharc-sa; ungar mi le ola ùir;
11
Agus amhaircidh mo shùil air m’eascairdean; mu na droch dhaoine a dh’èireas suas am aghaidh cluinnidh mo chluasan.
12
Mar chrann-pailme thig am fìrean fo bhlàth; mar sheudair air Lebanon fàsaidh e suas.
13
Iadsan a shuidhichear ann an taigh an Tighearna, ann an cùirtean ar Dè‑ne thig iad fo bhlàth;
14
Fhathast nan seann aois bheir iad a‑mach toradh; sultmhor agus ùr bidh iad,
15
A‑chum gun nochd iad gu bheil an Tighearna, mo charraig, cothromach, agus nach eil euceart ann.
