[1,2] സര്വേശ്വരനെ സ്തുതിക്കുവിന്, അവിടുത്തെ ആലയത്തിലും നമ്മുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ആലയാങ്കണത്തിലും ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യുന്ന സര്വേശ്വരന്റെ ദാസന്മാരേ, അവിടുത്തെ സ്തുതിക്കുവിന്.

സര്വേശ്വരനെ സ്തുതിക്കുവിന്; അവിടുന്നു നല്ലവനല്ലോ. അവിടുത്തെ നാമം പ്രകീര്ത്തിക്കുവിന്, അവിടുന്ന് കാരുണ്യവാനല്ലോ.

അവിടുന്നു യാക്കോബിന്റെ സന്തതികളെ തനിക്കായും, ഇസ്രായേല്ജനത്തെ തന്റെ പ്രത്യേക അവകാശമായും തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

അവിടുന്നു വലിയവനെന്നും നമ്മുടെ സര്വേശ്വരന് സര്വ ദേവന്മാരിലും മഹോന്നതനെന്നും ഞാന് അറിയുന്നു.

ആകാശത്തിലും ഭൂമിയിലും സമുദ്രങ്ങളിലും അഗാധങ്ങളിലും അവിടുന്നു തനിക്കിഷ്ടമുള്ളതു ചെയ്യുന്നു.

ഭൂമിയുടെ അതിര്ത്തികളില്നിന്ന് അവിടുന്നു മേഘങ്ങളെ ഉയര്ത്തുന്നു; മഴയ്ക്കായി അവിടുന്നു മിന്നല്പ്പിണരുകളെ അയയ്ക്കുന്നു അവിടുത്തെ ശ്രീഭണ്ഡാരത്തില്നിന്നു കാറ്റുകളെ പുറത്തുവിടുന്നു.

ഈജിപ്തിലെ കടിഞ്ഞൂലുകളെ അവിടുന്നു സംഹരിച്ചു; മനുഷ്യരുടെയും മൃഗങ്ങളുടെയും കടിഞ്ഞൂലുകളെ തന്നെ.

അവിടുന്ന് ഈജിപ്തിന്റെ മധ്യത്തില് ഫറവോയ്ക്കും അവന്റെ ഭൃത്യന്മാര്ക്കും എതിരെ, അദ്ഭുതങ്ങളും അടയാളങ്ങളും പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ചു.

അവിടുന്ന്, അനേകം ജനതകളെ തകര്ത്തു, പ്രബലരായ രാജാക്കന്മാരെ സംഹരിച്ചു.

അമോര്യരുടെ രാജാവായ സീഹോനെയും ബാശാന്രാജാവായ ഓഗിനെയും കനാനിലെ സകല രാജാക്കന്മാരെയും തന്നെ.

അവിടുന്നു അവരുടെ ദേശങ്ങള് തന്റെ ജനമായ ഇസ്രായേലിന് അവകാശമായി നല്കി.

സര്വേശ്വരാ, അവിടുത്തെ നാമം ശാശ്വതമാണ്. അവിടുത്തെ കീര്ത്തി എല്ലാ തലമുറകളിലും നിലനില്ക്കുന്നു.

സര്വേശ്വരന് സ്വജനത്തിനു നീതി നടത്തിക്കൊടുക്കും, അവിടുന്നു തന്റെ ദാസരോട് അനുകമ്പയുള്ളവനാകുന്നു.

അന്യജനതകളുടെ വിഗ്രഹങ്ങള് പൊന്നും വെള്ളിയുംകൊണ്ടു നിര്മ്മിച്ചവയാണ്. അവ മനുഷ്യരുടെ കരവേല മാത്രം.

അവയ്ക്കു വായുണ്ടെങ്കിലും സംസാരിക്കുന്നില്ല, കണ്ണുണ്ടെങ്കിലും കാണുന്നില്ല.

ചെവിയുണ്ടെങ്കിലും കേള്ക്കുന്നില്ല, അവയുടെ വായില് പ്രാണനുമില്ല.

അവയെ നിര്മ്മിക്കുന്നവര് അവയെപ്പോലെയാകുന്നു. അവയില് ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നവരും അങ്ങനെതന്നെ.

ഇസ്രായേല്ഗൃഹമേ, സര്വേശ്വരനെ വാഴ്ത്തുവിന്! അഹരോന്ഗൃഹമേ, സര്വേശ്വരനെ വാഴ്ത്തുവിന്.

ലേവിഗൃഹമേ, സര്വേശ്വരനെ വാഴ്ത്തുക. അവിടുത്തെ ഭക്തന്മാരേ, സര്വേശ്വരനെ വാഴ്ത്തുവിന്.

യെരൂശലേമില് വസിക്കുന്ന സര്വേശ്വരന്, സീയോനില് വാഴ്ത്തപ്പെടട്ടെ, സര്വേശ്വരനെ സ്തുതിക്കുവിന്.
