Ó Deus, a ti se deve o louvor em Sião; e a ti se cumprirão os votos.

Ó tu, que ouves a oração! A ti virão todas as pessoas.

Nossas culpas pesam contra nós; mas tu perdoarás nossas transgressões.

Bem-aventurado aquele a quem escolhes e levas a ti, para habitar em teus átrios! Ficaremos satisfeitos com a bondade da tua casa, do teu santo templo.
5
Tu nos respondes com prodígios de justiça, ó Deus da nossa salvação, esperança de todas as extremidades da terra e do mais remoto dos mares;
6
tu, que consolidas os montes pela tua força, cingido de poder;
7
que aplacas o ruído dos mares, o ruído das suas ondas e o tumulto dos povos.
8
Os que habitam nos confins da terra são tomados de medo diante dos teus sinais; fazes exultar de júbilo os que vêm do oriente e do ocidente.
9
Visitas a terra e a regas; tu a enriqueces com fartura; as águas do rio de Deus transbordam. Tu preparas o cereal, pois assim tens ordenado;
10
enches de água os sulcos da terra, nivelas os seus torrões; tu a amoleces com a chuva e abençoas os seus frutos.
11
Coroas o ano com tua bondade; tuas veredas destilam riqueza;
12
destilam sobre as pastagens do deserto, e cobrem-se os montes de alegria.
13
As pastagens ficam repletas de rebanhos, e os vales se cobrem de cereal; por isso eles se regozijam, por isso eles cantam.
