Halleluuja! Jah, hea on mängida meie Jumalale; jah, kaunis ja kohane on kiituslaul.

Issand ehitab Jeruusalemma, tema kogub Iisraeli hajutatud.
3
Ta parandab need, kelle süda on murtud, ja seob kinni nende valusad haavad.
4
Tema määrab tähtede arvu ja nimetab neid kõiki nimepidi.
5
Meie Issand on suur ja vägev rammult; tema mõistus on määratu.
6
Issand peab ülal viletsaid, aga õelad alandab maani.

Laulge Issandale tänuga, mängige kandlel kiitust meie Jumalale,

kes katab taeva paksude pilvedega, kes valmistab maale vihma, kes laseb tärgata rohu mägedele,

ta annab loomadele nende toidu ja kaarnapoegadele, kes teda hüüavad.

Temale ei meeldi hobusevägi ega ole tal head meelt jalameeste säärtest.

Issandal on hea meel neist, kes teda kardavad, kes loodavad tema helduse peale.

Ülista, Jeruusalemm, Issandat! Siion, kiida oma Jumalat!

Sest tema on teinud tugevaks su väravate riivid, tema õnnistab su lapsi sinu sees.

Ta annab rahu su piirile, ta küllastab su tuumaka nisuga.

Ta läkitab oma ütlused maa peale, rutusti jookseb tema sõna.

Ta annab lund nagu villa, ta külvab halla nagu tuhka.

Ta viskab oma jääd nagu palukesi: kes võib püsida tema külma ees?

Ta läkitab oma sõna ja sulatab nad; ta laseb oma tuult puhuda ja veed vulisevad.

Ta annab teada oma sõna Jaakobile ja Iisraelile oma määrused ja seadused.

Nõnda ei ole tema teinud ühelegi paganarahvale, ja tema seadusi ei ole nad tundnud. Halleluuja!
