Kustutatagu nad maha eluraamatust ja ärgu pandagu neid kirja koos õigetega!

Aga mina olen vilets ja täis valu. Sinu abi, oh Jumal, kaitsku mind!

Ma kiidan lauluga Jumala nime ja tänulauluga ma ülistan teda.

See on Issandale meeldivam kui härg, kui härjavärss, kel on sarved ja sõrad.

Viletsad näevad seda ja rõõmustavad; teiegi süda, kes nõuate Jumalat, peab elama.

Sest Issand kuuleb vaeseid ega pea halvaks oma vange.

Kiitku teda taevas ja maa, meri ja kõik, mis seal liigub!

Sest Jumal tahab päästa Siioni ja uuesti ehitada Juuda linnad, et nad asuksid sinna elama ja päriksid selle.

Ja tema sulaste järeltulev sugu peab selle saama pärandiks, ja need, kes armastavad tema nime, asuvad sinna elama.
