Kom, kom ons sing vir die Here, kom ons juig vir die Rots wat ons altyd red.

Kom ons gaan na Hom toe en sê vir Hom dankie, kom ons sing en juig vir Hom.
3
Want die Here is 'n groot God, Hy is die Groot Koning oor al die gode.
4
Hy regeer oor die diep plekke onder die aarde, en die hoogste plekke op die berge is Syne.
5
Die see is Syne, Hy het dit gemaak, en die land het Hy met sy eie hand gemaak.
6
Kom, kom ons gaan lê voor Hom, kom ons buig, kom ons kniel voor die Here, Hy wat ons gemaak het.
7
Want Hy is ons God, ons is sy volk, Hy is ons Herder. Ons is die skape en die bokke vir wie Hy sorg. Julle moet vandag na Hom luister.
8
Hy sê: “Julle moenie hardkoppig wees soos by Meriba nie, daardie dag by Massa in die woestyn
9
waar julle voorvaders My getoets het. Hulle het gesien wat Ek gedoen het maar hulle wou kyk of Ek hulle sal straf.

Veertig jaar lank het Ek niks van daardie geslag gehou nie. Ek het gesê: Hulle is mense wat nie weet wat hulle doen nie, hulle wil nie lewe soos Ek wil hê nie.
11
Ek was kwaad en Ek het gesê: So seker soos Ek lewe, hulle sal nie kom in die land waar Ek hulle rustig wou laat woon nie.”
