Halleluja! Det är underbart att lovsjunga vår Gud! Lovsång är ljuvligt och naturligt.

Herren bygger upp Jerusalem och samlar Israels fördrivna.
3
Han helar brustna hjärtan och förbinder deras sår.
4
Han vet stjärnornas antal och namnger alla.
5
Vår Herre är stor och väldig i styrka. Hans förstånd är oändligt.
6
Herren stöder de ödmjuka, men kastar de onda till marken.
7
Lovsjung Herren med tacksägelse, spela för vår Gud med lyra.
8
Han täcker himlen med moln, ombesörjer regn åt jorden, låter gräset gro på bergen.
9
Han skänker föda åt djuren, åt korpens ungar som ropar.
10
Hans lust och glädje står varken till hästens kraft eller mannens benstyrka.
11
Herren gläds över dem som fruktar honom, dem vars hopp är hans trogna kärlek.
12
Jerusalem, lovsjung Herren! Sion, prisa din Gud!
13
För han stärker dina portbommar och välsignar dina söner där inne.
14
Han säkrar fred och välgång i landet och mättar dig med finaste vete.
15
Han sänder sitt budskap till jorden, snabbt löper hans ord.
16
Han låter snö falla som ull, han strör ut frost som vit aska.
17
Han kastar sitt hagel som brödsmulor. Vem kan uthärda hans köld?
18
Han sänder sitt ord och allt smälter, han utandas och vattnet flödar.
19
Han kungör sitt ord för Jakob, sina lagar och förordningar för Israel.
20
Så har han inte gjort för något annat folk. De saknar kunskap om hans förordningar. Halleluja!
