Aleluia! Como é bom cantar louvores ao nosso Deus; como é agradável louvar o seu nome.

O SENHOR reconstrói Jerusalém, e traz de volta os israelitas dispersos.

Ele cura os que têm o coração partido e cuida das suas feridas.

Ele determina o número das estrelas e chama cada uma delas pelo nome.
5
Grande é o nosso Senhor e grande é o seu poder! A sua sabedoria não tem limites!

O SENHOR apoia os pobres, mas lança os maus ao chão.
7
Cantem agradecidos ao SENHOR. Cantem louvores ao nosso Deus ao som da harpa.
8
Deus enche o céu de nuvens e faz cair a chuva sobre a terra; ele faz crescer a erva nos montes.
9
Deus dá de comer aos animais e alimenta os filhotes dos corvos quando eles pedem.
10
Não é a força do cavalo que agrada a Deus, nem o poder dos soldados.
11
O que agrada ao SENHOR é a pessoa que o teme, a pessoa que confia no seu amor fiel.
12
Louve o SENHOR, ó Jerusalém! Ó Sião, louve o seu Deus!
13
Pois ele reforçou as trancas das suas portas e abençoou os seus habitantes.
14
Ele mantém a paz na nação, e dá para você do melhor trigo em abundância.
15
Deus dá uma ordem à terra, e ela lhe obedece imediatamente.
16
Ele faz cair a neve como lã, e espalha a geada como cinza.
17
Ele faz cair do céu pedras de gelo que gelam a terra.
18
Depois dá outra ordem, e o vento sopra, o gelo se derrete e a água corre.
19
Deus revelou a sua palavra a Jacó, deu as suas leis e as suas ordens a Israel.
20
Ele não fez isso a nenhuma outra nação; nenhuma outra nação conhece as suas leis. Aleluia!
