Dyma'r ARGLWYDD yn rhoi'r neges yma i mi:

“Ddyn, o'r holl wahanol fathau o goed sydd i'w cael, ydy pren y winwydden yn dda i rywbeth?
3
Wyt ti'n gallu gwneud rhywbeth defnyddiol gydag e? Ydy o'n ddigon cryf i wneud peg i hongian pethau arno?
4
Na, y gwir ydy, dydy e'n dda i ddim byd ond i'w losgi. Ac mae'n llosgi'n rhy gyflym beth bynnag! Fydd yr hyn sydd ar ôl ohono wedyn yn dda i rywbeth?

Na. Os oedd e ddim yn ddefnyddiol cyn ei losgi, sut all e fod o ddefnydd i unrhyw un pan mae e wedi ei losgi'n ulw?

“Felly, dyma mae'r ARGLWYDD, y Meistr, yn ei ddweud: ‘Mae pobl Jerwsalem fel pren y winwydden. Dŷn nhw'n dda i ddim ond i gael eu llosgi!

Dw i wedi troi yn eu herbyn nhw. Falle eu bod nhw wedi llwyddo i ddianc o'r tân unwaith, ond maen nhw'n dal yn mynd i gael eu llosgi! Pan fydd hyn yn digwydd, byddwch chi'n deall wedyn mai fi ydy'r ARGLWYDD!

Bydda i'n gwneud y tir yn anialwch diffaith, am eu bod nhw wedi bod yn anffyddlon i mi,’” meddai'r Meistr, yr ARGLWYDD.
