Ne nám, Hospodine, ne nám, nýbrž svému jménu dej slávu za svou laskavost, za svou věrnost!

Nač mají národy říkat: Kdepak je jejich Bůh?

A le náš Bůh je v nebesích, činí, cokoli si oblíbil.

Jejich modly jsou stříbro a zlato, dílo rukou člověka,
5
ústa mají a nemluví, oči mají a nevidí,
6
uši mají a neslyší, nos mají a nečijí,
7
jejich ruce - ty nehmatají, jejich nohy - ty nechodí, neozývají se svým hrdlem.

Jim podobni budou jejich zhotovitelé, každý, kdo v ně důvěřuje.

Isráéli, důvěřuj v Hospodina! On je jejich pomocí a jejich štítem!

Dome Árónův, důvěřujte v Hospodina! On je jejich pomocí a jejich štítem!

Ctitelé Hospodina, důvěřujte v Hospodina! On je jejich pomocí a jejich štítem!

Hospodin nás vzpomněl, žehná - žehná domu Isráélovu, žehná domu Árónovu,

nýbrž my chceme Jáha oslavovat, od nynějška a navždy! Velebte Jáha!
