(Zpěv s hudebním doprovodem, píseň ke dni soboty.) Dobré je chválu přinášet Hospodinu a při hudbě zpívat tvému jménu, Nejvyšší,

zvěstovat za jitra tvou laskavost a za nocí tvou věrnost
3
při desítce a při varytu, při doprovodu lyrou.
4
Vždyť jsi mě rozradostnil, Hospodine, svým působením, plesám nad díly tvých rukou!
5
Jak veliká jsou tvá díla, Hospodine! Velmi hluboké jsou tvé myšlenky!

Hlupák nezná, aniž zpozdilec chápe toto:
7
Když zlovolní pučí jako bylina, tu všichni působcové špatnosti kvetou k svému zničení na věky věku,
8
ty však, Hospodine, jsi navždy vysoko!
9
Vždyť hle, tvoji nepřátelé, Hospodine, vždyť hle, tvoji nepřátelé musejí zhynout, rozprchnout se musejí všichni působcové špatnosti,
10
můj roh však chceš vyvýšit jako reémův, budu polit čerstvým olejem
11
a mé oko se podívá na mé nepřátele, o pachatelích zla povstávajících proti mně bude mé ucho slyšet.
12
Spravedlivý bude pučet jako palma, vzrůstat jako cedr na Levánónu;
13
zasazení v domě Hospodinově budou pučet v nádvořích našeho Boha,
14
budou rašit ještě v šedinách, budou statní a svěží
15
k zvěstování, že Hospodin je spravedlivý, má skála, a není v něm bezpráví.
