(Řediteli hudby. Píseň. Zpěv s hudebním doprovodem.) Výskejte Bohu, všechna země,

při hudbě opěvujte slávu jeho jména, za slávu pokládejte jeho chválu!

Říkejte Bohu: Jaké úcty jsi hoden svými činy! Pro velikost tvé síly se ti tvoji nepřátelé budou lísat.
4
Všechna země se ti bude klanět a při hudbě ti budou zpívat, při hudbě budou opěvovat tvé jméno. Seláh.
5
Pojďte a vizte působení Boha, úctu vzbuzujícího svým jednáním vůči dětem člověka!
6
Proměnil moře v souš, řekou procházeli nohou, tu jsme se v něm radovali;
7
vždy vládne svou mocí, jeho oči pátrají mezi národy, vzbouřenci se nemohou pozvednout. Seláh.
8
Velebte, národnosti, našeho Boha, a ozývejte se hlasem chvály jeho,
9
jenž uchovává naši duši při životě a nepřivolil k zviklání naší nohy!
10
Ano, podrobil jsi nás zkoušce, Bože, pročišťoval jsi nás jako by pročišťováním stříbra,
11
zavedl jsi nás v žalář, vložil jsi těžké břímě na naše kyčle,
12
nechal jsi smrtelníka jezdit po naší hlavě, přišli jsme v oheň i ve vody, a le vyvedl jsi nás k nadbytku.
13
Chci vstoupit v tvůj dům s vzestupnými obětmi, splnit ti své sliby,
14
jež otevřely mé rty, takže má ústa v mé tísni promluvila;
15
chci ti vznášet vzestupné oběti tučných zvířat s vůní beranů, obětovat skot s kozly. Seláh.
16
Pojďte, slyšte, a budu vyprávět - všichni ctitelé Boha - o tom, co Bůh učinil mé duši.
17
K němu jsem volal svými ústy a pod mým jazykem bylo velebení;
18
kdybych se byl ve svém srdci díval na špatnost, nebyl by Pán slyšel,
19
avšak Bůh přece uslyšel, zaposlouchal se v hlas mé modlitby.
20
Budiž veleben Bůh, jenž neodsunul mou modlitbu a ni z mé blízkosti svou laskavost!
