Al·leluia! Lloeu el nom del Senyor, lloeu-lo, servents del Senyor,

que us esteu a la casa del Senyor, als atris de la casa del nostre Déu.
3
Lloeu el Senyor: que n’és, de bo! Canteu al seu nom: que n’és, d’amable!
4
El Senyor s’ha escollit Jacob, Israel, per heretat preferida.
5
Jo reconec la grandesa del Senyor, el nostre Déu és més gran que tots els déus.
6
El Senyor fa tot el que ell es proposa, al cel i a la terra, en els mars i en tots els oceans.
7
Fa pujar els núvols de l’extrem de la terra, fabrica els llamps, que acompanyen les pluges, fa sortir els vents dels seus amagatalls.
8
Va colpir els primogènits dels egipcis, des dels homes fins a les bèsties.
9
Dintre teu, Egipte, envià senyals i prodigis contra el faraó i contra tots els seus servents.
10
Ell vencé molts de pobles i féu morir reis potents:
11
Sehon, rei dels amorreus, Og, rei de Basan, i tots els reialmes cananeus.
12
Va donar aquell país en possessió, en possessió al seu poble d’Israel.
13
El teu nom, Senyor, és etern, de segle en segle es perpetua el teu record.
14
Perquè el Senyor fa justícia al seu poble i s’apiada dels seus servents.
15
Els ídols dels pagans són plata i or, obra feta per mans d’home:
16
tenen boca, però no parlen, tenen ulls, però no hi veuen,
17
orelles, però no hi senten, no hi ha gens d’alè a la seva boca.
18
Seran com ells els qui els fabriquen i tots els qui hi tenen confiança.
19
Casa d’Israel, beneïu el Senyor, casa d’Aaron, beneïu el Senyor,
20
casa de Leví, beneïu el Senyor, els qui el venereu el Senyor, beneïu-lo.
21
Sigui beneït el Senyor des de Sió, ell que té l’estada a Jerusalem. Al·leluia!
