Per al mestre de cor. Càntic: salm. Aclameu Déu arreu de la terra,

canteu la glòria del seu nom, proclameu la seva lloança gloriosa.
3
Digueu a Déu: «Que en són, d’admirables, les teves obres! En veure’t tan gran i poderós, els enemics et fan acatament.
4
Tota la terra es prosterna al teu davant i et canta, canta al teu nom.» Pausa
5
Veniu a contemplar les gestes de Déu. Que n’és, d’admirable, el que fa amb els homes!
6
Convertí la mar en terra ferma, passaren el riu a peu eixut. Celebrem, doncs, la seva gesta.
7
Ell governa sempre amb el seu poder, els seus ulls vigilen les nacions: que es guardin els rebels de revoltar-se. Pausa
8
Pobles, beneïu el nostre Déu, feu ressonar la seva lloança;
9
ell ens preserva la vida i no deixa que vacil·lin els nostres peus.
10
Ens has provat, Déu nostre; com la plata, ens depuraves al foc.
11
Has permès que caiguéssim al parany, ens has carregat un pes feixuc.
12
Has fet passar gent a cavall per damunt nostre, hem entrat dins del foc i dins de l’aigua, però ens has fet sortir vers una terra abundosa.
13
Entro a casa teva per oferir holocaustos, vinc a complir les prometences,
14
les prometences fetes pels meus llavis, que vaig pronunciar en hores de perill.
15
T’ofereixo víctimes en holocaust, faig pujar davant teu el fum dels moltons, et sacrifico vedells i cabrits. Pausa
16
Veniu, escolteu-me, els qui venereu Déu, i us contaré el que ell ha fet per mi.
17
Quan li adreçava el meu clam, ja tenia a flor de llavis l’acció de gràcies.
18
Si el meu cor s’hagués fiat de males arts, el Senyor no m’hauria escoltat.
19
Però Déu m’ha escoltat, ha fet cas de la meva súplica.
20
Beneït sigui Déu: no ha refusat la meva súplica ni m’ha negat el seu amor.
