Fy enaid, bendithia'r ARGLWYDD! Paid anghofio'r holl bethau caredig a wnaeth.
3
Mae wedi maddau dy fethiant i gyd, ac wedi iacháu pob salwch oedd arnat.
4
Mae wedi dy gadw di rhag mynd i'r bedd, ac wedi dy goroni gyda'i gariad a'i drugaredd.
5
Mae wedi rhoi mwy na digon o bethau da i ti, nes gwneud i ti deimlo'n ifanc eto, yn gryf ac yn llawn bywyd fel eryr!
6
Mae'r ARGLWYDD bob amser yn deg, ac yn rhoi cyfiawnder i'r rhai sy'n cael eu gorthrymu.
7
Dwedodd wrth Moses sut oedd e am i ni fyw, a dangosodd i bobl Israel beth allai ei wneud.
8
Mae'r ARGLWYDD mor drugarog a charedig; mor amyneddgar ac anhygoel o hael!
9
Dydy e ddim yn ceryddu pobl yn ddiddiwedd, nac yn dal dig am byth.
10
Wnaeth e ddim delio gyda'n pechodau ni fel roedden ni'n haeddu, na talu'n ôl i ni am ein holl fethiant.
11
Fel mae'r nefoedd yn uchel uwch y ddaear, mae ei gariad ffyddlon fel tŵr dros y rhai sy'n ei barchu.
12
Mor bell ac ydy'r dwyrain o'r gorllewin, mae wedi symud y gosb am i ni wrthryfela.
13
Fel mae tad yn caru ei blant, mae'r ARGLWYDD yn caru'r rhai sy'n ei barchu.
14
Ydy, mae e'n gwybod am ein defnydd ni; mae'n cofio mai dim ond pridd ydyn ni.
15
Mae bywyd dynol fel glaswellt — mae fel blodyn gwyllt, yn tyfu dros dro;
16
pan mae'r gwynt yn dod heibio, mae wedi mynd; ble roedd does dim sôn amdano.
17
Ond mae cariad yr ARGLWYDD at y rhai sy'n ei barchu yn para am byth bythoedd! Mae e'n cadw ei air i genedlaethau o blant —
18
sef y rhai sy'n ffyddlon i'w ymrwymiad, ac sy'n gofalu gwneud beth mae e'n ddweud.
19
Mae'r ARGLWYDD wedi sefydlu ei orsedd yn y nefoedd, ac mae'n teyrnasu yn frenin dros bopeth!
20
Bendithiwch yr ARGLWYDD, ei angylion! — chi rai cryfion sy'n gwneud beth mae'n ddweud sy'n gwrando ac yn ufudd iddo.
21
Bendithiwch yr ARGLWYDD, ei holl fyddinoedd! — chi weision sy'n ei wasanaethu;
22
Bendithiwch yr ARGLWYDD, bopeth mae wedi ei greu! — ym mhobman ble mae e'n teyrnasu. Fy enaid, bendithia'r ARGLWYDD!
