o flaen Effraim, Benjamin, a Manasse! Dangos dy nerth i ni, a tyrd i'n hachub!

Adfer ni, O Dduw! Gwena'n garedig arnon ni! Achub ni!
4
O ARGLWYDD Dduw holl-bwerus, am faint mwy rwyt ti'n mynd i fod yn ddig gyda gweddïau dy bobl?
5
Ti wedi eu bwydo nhw â dagrau, a gwneud iddyn nhw yfed dagrau wrth y gasgen.
6
Ti wedi troi ein cymdogion yn ein herbyn; mae'n gelynion yn gwneud sbort ar ein pennau.
7
O Dduw holl-bwerus, adfer ni! Gwena'n garedig arnon ni! Achub ni!
8
Cymeraist winwydden o'r Aifft, a gyrru cenhedloedd i ffwrdd er mwyn ei thrawsblannu hi.
9
Cliriaist le iddi, er mwyn iddi fwrw gwreiddiau a llenwi'r tir.
10
Roedd ei chysgod dros y mynyddoedd, a'i changhennau fel rhai coed cedrwydd.
11
Roedd ei changhennau'n cyrraedd at y môr, a'i brigau at afon Ewffrates.
12
Pam wnest ti fwrw'r wal o'i chwmpas i lawr, fel bod pwy bynnag sy'n pasio heibio yn pigo ei ffrwyth?
13
Mae'r baedd gwyllt wedi tyrchu o dani, a'r pryfed yn bwyta ei dail.
14
O Dduw holl-bwerus, tro yn ôl aton ni! Edrych i lawr o'r nefoedd ac archwilia gyflwr dy winwydden!
15
Ti dy hun wnaeth ei phlannu, a gwneud iddi dyfu.
16
Ond bellach mae hi wedi ei llosgi a'i thorri i lawr! Mae wedi ei difetha gan dy gerydd di.
17
Nertha'r dyn rwyt wedi ei ddewis; yr un dynol rwyt wedi ei wneud yn gryf.
18
Wnawn ni ddim troi cefn arnat ti. Adfywia ni, a byddwn ni'n galw ar dy enw.
19
O ARGLWYDD Dduw holl-bwerus, adfer ni! Gwena'n garedig arnon ni! Achub ni!
