Salm. Cân ar gyfer y dydd saboth. [1] Mae'n beth da diolch i'r ARGLWYDD, a chanu mawl i dy enw di, y Duw Goruchaf.
2
Canu yn y bore am dy gariad, a chyda'r nos am dy ffyddlondeb,
3
i gyfeiliant offeryn dectant a nabl a thannau'r delyn.
4
Ti'n fy ngwneud i mor hapus, O ARGLWYDD; a dw i'n canu'n uchel o achos y cwbl rwyt ti'n wneud.
5
Ti'n gwneud pethau mawr, O ARGLWYDD! Mae dy feddyliau di mor ddwfn!
6
Dim ond twpsyn sydd ddim yn gweld hynny; dim ond ffŵl fyddai ddim yn deall!
7
Mae pobl ddrwg yn llwyddo — ond maen nhw fel glaswellt — Er bod y rhai sy'n gwneud drwg fel petaen nhw'n blodeuo, byddan nhw'n cael eu dinistrio am byth!
8
Ond ti ydy'r Un sydd uwchlaw popeth, a hynny am byth, O ARGLWYDD.
9
Bydd dy elynion di, ARGLWYDD, bydd dy elynion di yn cael eu dinistrio! Bydd pawb sy'n gwneud drygioni yn cael eu gwasgaru!
10
Ti wedi fy ngwneud i'n gryf fel ych gwyllt; ti wedi fy eneinio i ag olew iraidd.
11
Bydda i'n cael gweld y gelynion sy'n fy ngwylio yn cael eu trechu; a chlywed y rhai drwg sy'n ymosod arna i yn chwalu.
12
Ond bydd y rhai cyfiawn yn blodeuo fel palmwydd; ac yn tyfu'n gryf fel coed cedrwydd yn Libanus.
13
Maen nhw wedi eu plannu yn nheml yr ARGLWYDD, ac yn blodeuo yn yr iard sydd yno.
14
Byddan nhw'n dal i roi ffrwyth pan fyddan nhw'n hen; byddan nhw'n dal yn ffres ac yn llawn sudd.
15
Maen nhw'n cyhoeddi fod yr ARGLWYDD yn gyfiawn — mae e'n graig saff i mi, a does dim anghyfiawnder yn agos ato.
