Dw i'n troi atat ti am loches, O ARGLWYDD; paid gadael i mi gael fy siomi.
2
Rwyt ti'n gyfiawn, felly achub fi a gollwng fi'n rhydd. Gwranda arna i! Achub fi!
3
Bydd yn graig i mi gysgodi tani — yn gaer lle bydda i'n hollol saff! Ti ydy'r graig ddiogel yna; ti ydy'r gaer.
4
Fy Nuw, achub fi o ddwylo'r rhai drwg, ac o afael y rhai anghyfiawn a chreulon.
5
Achos ti ydy fy ngobaith i, fy meistr, fy ARGLWYDD. Dw i wedi dy drystio di ers pan o'n i'n ifanc.
6
Dw i'n dibynnu arnat ti ers cyn i mi gael fy ngeni; ti wedi gofalu amdana i o groth fy mam; a ti ydy testun fy mawl bob amser.
7
Dw i wedi bod yn destun rhyfeddod i lawer, am dy fod ti wedi bod yn lle saff, cadarn i mi.
8
Dw i'n dy foli di drwy'r adeg, ac yn dy ganmol drwy'r dydd.
9
Paid taflu fi ffwrdd yn fy henaint; a'm gadael wrth i'r corff wanhau!
10
Mae fy ngelynion yn siarad amdana i; a'r rhai sy'n gwylio fy mywyd yn cynllwynio.
11
“Mae Duw wedi ei adael,” medden nhw; “Ewch ar ei ôl a'i ddal; fydd neb yn dod i'w achub!”
12
O Dduw, paid mynd yn rhy bell! Fy Nuw, brysia i'm helpu i!
13
Gad i'r rhai sy'n fy erbyn i gael eu cywilyddio'n llwyr. Gad i'r rhai sydd am wneud niwed i mi gael eu gwisgo mewn gwarth a chywilydd!
14
Ond bydda i'n gobeithio bob amser, ac yn dal ati i dy foli di fwy a mwy.
15
Bydda i'n dweud am dy gyfiawnder. Bydda i'n sôn yn ddi-baid am y ffordd rwyt ti'n achub; Mae cymaint i'w ddweud!
16
Dw i'n dod i ddweud am y pethau mawr rwyt ti'n eu gwneud — fy meistr, fy ARGLWYDD — a dathlu'r ffaith dy fod mor gyfiawn — ie, ti yn unig!
17
O Dduw, dw i wedi profi'r peth ers pan yn ifanc, ac wedi bod yn sôn am y pethau rhyfeddol rwyt ti'n eu gwneud hyd heddiw.
18
Dw i bellach yn hen a'm gwallt yn wyn, ond paid gadael fi nawr, O Dduw. Dw i eisiau dweud wrth y genhedlaeth sydd i ddod am dy gryfder a'r pethau mawr rwyt ti'n eu gwneud.
19
Mae dy gyfiawnder yn cyrraedd y nefoedd, O Dduw! Ti wedi gwneud pethau mor fawr — O Dduw, does neb tebyg i ti!
20
Er i ti adael i mi wynebu pob math o brofiadau chwerw, wnei di adael i mi fyw eto? Wnei di fy nghodi eto o ddyfnderoedd y ddaear?
21
Adfer fy enw da! Cysura fi unwaith eto.
22
Yna byddaf yn dy foli gyda'r nabl, a chanmol dy ffyddlondeb, O fy Nuw! Bydda i'n canu i ti gyda'r delyn, O Un Sanctaidd Israel.
23
Bydda i'n gweiddi'n llawen, ac yn canu i ti go iawn — ie, â'm holl nerth, am i ti ngollwng i'n rhydd.
24
Fydda i ddim yn stopio sôn am dy gyfiawnder. Bydd y rhai oedd am wneud niwed i mi yn cael eu siomi a'u cywilyddio!
