Aur us ke sáth bárah sau rath aur sáṭh hazár sawár the; aur Lúbí, aur Súkí, aur Kúshí log jo us ke sáth Misr se áe the beshumár the.

Aur us ne Yahúdáh ke fasíldár shahr le liye, aur Yarúshalem tak áyá.

Tab Sama‘iyáh nabí Rahubi‘ám ke aur Yahúdáh ke umará ke pás jo Sísaq ke ḍar ke máre Yarúshalem meṉ jama‘ ho gaye the áyá, aur un se kahá, Ḳhudáwand yúṉ farmátá hai, ki Tum ne mujh ko tark kiyá, isí liye maiṉ ne bhí tum ko Sísaq ke háth meṉ chhoṛ diyá hai.

Jab Ḳhudáwand ne dekhá ki unhoṉ ne apne ko ḳháksár banáyá, to Ḳhudáwand ká kalám Sama‘iyáh par názil húá, ki Unhoṉ ne apne ko ḳháksár banáyá hai, so maiṉ un ko halák nahíṉ karúṉgá; balki un ko kuchh riháí dúṉgá, aur merá g̣azab Sísaq ke háth se Yarúshalem par názil na hogá.

Taubhí wuh us ke ḳhádim hoṉge, táki wuh merí ḳhidmat ko aur mulk mulk kí saltanatoṉ kí ḳhidmat ko ján leṉ.

So Misr ká bádsháh Sísaq Yarúshalem par chaṛh áyá, aur Ḳhudáwand ke ghar ke ḳhazáne, aur bádsháh ke ghar ke ḳhazáne, le gayá; balki wuh sab kuchh le gayá, aur sone kí wuh ḍháleṉ bhí, jo Sulaimán ne banwáí thíṉ, le gayá.

Aur Rahubi‘ám bádsháh ne un ke badle pítal kí ḍháleṉ banwáíṉ, aur un ko muháfiz sipáhíoṉ ke sardároṉ ko jo sháhí mahall kí nigahbání karte the sauṉpá.

Aur jab bádsháh Ḳhudáwand ke ghar meṉ játá thá, to wuh muháfiz sipáhí áte, aur un ko uṭhákar chalte the, aur phir un ko wápas lákar siláhḳháne meṉ rakh dete the.

Aur jab us ne apne ko ḳháksár banáyá, to Ḳhudáwand ká g̣azab us par se ṭal gayá, aur us ne us ko púre taur se tabáh na kiyá: aur níz Yahúdáh meṉ ḳhúbíáṉ bhí thíṉ.

So Rahubi‘ám bádsháh ne qawí hokar Yarúshalem meṉ saltanat kí. Rahubi‘ám jab saltanat karne lagá to iktálís baras ká thá, aur us ne Yarúshalem meṉ, ya‘ní us shahr meṉ jo Ḳhudáwand ne Isráíl ke sab qabíloṉ meṉ se chun liyá thá, ki apná nám waháṉ rakkhe, sattrah baras saltanat kí. Aur us kí máṉ ká nám Na‘mah ‘Ammoniya thá.

Aur us ne badí kí, kyúṉki us ne Ḳhudáwand kí talásh meṉ apná dil na lagáyá.

Aur Rahubi‘ám ke kám awwal se áḳhir tak, kyá wuh Sama‘iyáh nabí aur ‘Ídú g̣aibbín kí táríḳhoṉ meṉ nasabnámoṉ ke mutábiq qalamband nahíṉ? Aur Rahubi‘ám aur Yarubi‘ám ke darmiyán hamesha jang rahí.

Aur Rahubi‘ám apne bápdádá ke sáth so gayá, aur Dáúd ke shahr meṉ dafn húá; aur us ká beṭá Abiyáh us kí jagah bádsháh húá.
