Seigneur, tu as montré ta faveur au pays qui t'appartient; tu as rétabli les descendants de Jacob.

Tu as déchargé ton peuple de sa faute, tu as pardonné tous ses manquements.

Tu as retenu ta colère, tu as renoncé à t'emporter contre nous.

Dieu, notre sauveur, reviens à nous, cesse de nous en vouloir.

Resteras-tu toujours offensé contre nous? Ta colère durera-t-elle de génération en génération?

Ne viendras-tu pas nous ramener à la vie, nous qui sommes ton peuple, pour que nous retrouvions en toi la joie?

Seigneur, fais-nous voir ta bonté, accorde-nous ton secours.

Je veux écouter ce que Dieu dit: le Seigneur parle de paix pour ceux qui lui appartiennent, ceux qui lui sont fidèles, ceux qui lui font à nouveau confiance.

Oui, son aide est toute proche pour ceux qui reconnaissent son autorité. Sa présence glorieuse habitera bientôt notre pays.

La bonté et la vérité se rencontrent, la justice et la paix s'embrassent.

La vérité germe de la terre, la justice descend des cieux.

Le Seigneur lui-même donne le bonheur, et notre pays donne ses produits.

La justice marche devant le Seigneur et trace le chemin devant ses pas.
