Amankazana asixe̔nxe aya kubamba indoda inye ngalomhla, esiti: Esetu isonka siya kusidla, nezetu izivato siya kuzambata, kupela masibizwe ngegama lako, kususwe ihlazo letu.

Ngawo umhla lowo isebe likayehova loba lelobuhle nelobungcwalisa, nesiqa̔mo somhlaba soba sesendluliselo nesenkazimlo kwabasindileyo bakwa‐Sirayeli.

Kwakuya kuti, oshiyiweyo e‐Ziyone, noseleyo e‐Yerusaleme, kwotiwa uyingcwele; osukuba eba̔lelwe ubomi e‐Yerusaleme.

Nxa inkosi ikuhlanzile ukunco̔la kwentombi zase‐Ziyone, negazi lase‐Yerusaleme ilihlambulule pakati kwayo, ngomoya wokugweba nangomoya wokutshisa:

uya kwandula uyehova ukudala pezu kwazo zonke intlalo zasentabeni ye‐Ziyone, napezu kwendawo zayo zokuhlanganisela, ilifu nomsi ngemini, nokukazimla kwomlilo odangazelayo ngobusuku: ngokuba pezu kwabo bonke ubungcwalisa kuya kubako isigubungelo.

Kwobako nentente ibe ngumtunzi ngemini ngenxa yokufudumala, nendawo yokupepela neyokufihlela ngenxa yesipango nangenxa yemvula.
